Healthcare BPO
Your own billing and credentialing team — built, employed, and managed for you
Hospitals, medical groups, and billing companies use Red House Teams to build a dedicated revenue-cycle, credentialing, and cash-operations team in a lower-cost market — without opening a local entity, running payroll abroad, or losing control of the work. Every team is trained and quality-managed by Red House Med, our US medical billing practice.

Two ways to engage
Dedicated team, or dedicated team we run for you
Red House Teams offers two ways to structure your offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) team.
Option 1
Dedicated Team
We recruit, employ, pay, and house the team. You direct the work.
- Named billers, coders, credentialing specialists, and cash-posting staff assigned only to you
- Work inside your PM/EHR and your workflows
- You set priorities; we handle employment, compliance, equipment, HR, and retention
Option 2
Managed Team (BPO)
Same dedicated team, but we run it against agreed KPIs.
- Red House Med defines the workflows and quality standards
- We manage staff, performance targets, and reporting
- You receive outcomes and dashboards, not task lists
Most clients start with a Managed Team and move to Dedicated as they build internal leadership.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is this a billing company or a staffing company?
Both, by design. Red House Teams employs and manages your dedicated staff; Red House Med supplies the healthcare training and quality management. You get a team, not a vendor.
Where is the work performed?
Teams sit in our secure facility, with time-zone coverage aligned to your business hours. Account management is US-based.
How do you protect patient data?
We sign a BAA before any PHI is touched. Access follows a least-privilege model, endpoints are managed, and audit logs are retained. Facility and access certifications are shared under NDA.
Do you work in our practice management / EHR system?
Yes — the team works inside your system: Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Office Practicum, and Tebra, among others.
